Q . Are you looking forward to come in India?
Ryno Cordier : Soon, but for now I am focusing on my title at WBFF.
I have alot of fan support from India, I will surely visit soon.
Q . Who is your idol?
Ryno Cordier : My idols are Jaco de Bruyn, Lazar Angelov and Sergi Constance.
Q . Do you have a favourite pro bb?
Ryno Cordier : Yes, of course. Ronnie Coleman and Arnold Schwarzennegar are my favourites.
Q . How do you prepare yourself for competitions?
Ryno Cordier : I begin cutting 3 weeks before the competition.
I have completely dedicated my life to it, I don't allow negativity to take over.
Q . What does your supplement cycle look like?
Ryno Cordier : Green tea extract / Multivitamins / BCAA / Whey Protein / L Glutamine.
Q . Do strangers frequently ask you questions or compliment you for your physique?
Ryno Cordier : Yes many a times they do it. People most of the times want to take photographs and they also ask for tips. That is a good thing.
Q. What keeps you going?
Ryno Cordier : My will to kill. I want to achieve my goals anyhow. That is my mindset that I have kept over the years.
Q. Your training philosophy?
Ryno Cordier : Focus, discipline and dedication. That's it.
Q. Your favourite workout plan?
Ryno Cordier : MONDAY Back/biceps TUESDAY Hamstrings/calves WEDNESDAY Chest/triceps THURSDAY Shoulders FRIDAY Biceps/Triceps SATURDAY Quadriceps and SUNDAY off.
Q. What message do you have for the young generation?
Ryno Cordier : BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! If you don’t believe in yourself no one will.
Set your mind to it, be motivated, dedicated and disciplined in your workouts and diet plan so that you can direct your energy towards achieving your personal fitness objectives.
If there is a will there is a way, don’t let anyone stand in your way, or tell you what you can or cannot do, because it is your body and it is all upto you, not them. Go for gold every day and live your dreams or someone else will. The time is now; it’s your time!
